In support of professionalization of Counter-Insider Threat personnel, The Threat Lab has developed two certification programs, both of which require on-going professional development. This guide helps individuals holding those certifications to understand options for professional development opportunities and provides specific examples using activities and opportunities also developed by the Threat Lab.
