Risk management requires strong, collaborative, and trusting relationships across many organizational functions, especially between Insider Threat (InT) and Human Resources (HR) professionals. This research note describes development of a workshop, “Engaging with HR Professionals," designed to build this relationship through scenario-based learning. Together, InT Program personnel and HR professionals work through complicated inquiries that highlight the importance of collaboration for individual and organizational well-being.
