In Group Better Ways to Work Together

Details

Resilience is often understood as one’s ability to bounce back following adversity, yet in the past two years, research indicates that only one in five workers are highly resilient, meaning that most employees do not feel they have the autonomy or engagement to get their work done successfully, nor do they have significant trust in their managers or senior leaders of their organization (Workplace Resilience Study 2020). This lack of workforce resilience can negatively impact an organization’s mission and efficiency.
