This report describes sampling and weighting methodologies for the 2008 Survey of Reserve Component Spouses (2008 RCSS). The first section describes the design and selectionof the sample. The second section describes weighting and variance estimation for the three modules. The final section describes the calculation of response, location, and completion ratesfor the full sample and population subgroups.
