This report describes the sample design, sample selection, weighting, and variance estimation procedures for the 2012 Survey of Active Duty Spouses (2012 ADSS). The first section of this report presents the sample design and sample selection procedures. The second is a brief description of the administration. The final sections provide information regarding the processing of sample and frame files and the statistical methodology used for sample weighting.
