This report contains tabulations of responses from the 2019 Workplace and Equal Opportunity Survey of Reserve Component Members (2019 WEOR) conducted August 19, 2019 to November 26, 2019. The 2019 WEOR fulfills the Congressional mandate outlined in Title 10 U.S. Code Section 481 for Joint Service quadrennial assessments of race/ethnic issues. One of the key features of the survey is the ability to derive estimated past year rates of racial/ethnic harassment/discrimination. Additional survey content includes effectiveness of policies and programs to improve relations among different racial/ethnic groups, effectiveness of reporting processes for complaints, and diversity and inclusion climate. This tabulation volume provides an introduction to the survey, cross tabulations of the survey responses, and a copy of the survey instrument. Results are tabulated by Component, Service, paygrade, gender, race/ethnicity, reserve program, and deployment status. Reporting categories within Component are further broken out by race/ethnicity and paygrade.
