The purpose of this paper is to introduce a briefing on topics related to reunion and reintegration in the June 2008 Status of Forces Survey of Reserve Component Members, including support received, overall effectiveness, helpfulness of support with deployment-related stress, overall satisfaction, comparison of Beyond the Yellow Ribbon (BYR) Program to other reunion and reintegration support services, and overall assessment of readjustment. Trend comparisons are made (when available) for demobilized Reserve component members overall, by component, and by paygrade, and results for an additional 48 demographic subgroups are also presented.
