Topics covered in the survey note include employment characteristics, civilian work, employer support, reemployment after activation/deployment, and utilization. January 2011 results are presented for each question for an additional 48 demographic subgroups. Trend comparisons are made for Reserve component members overall, by component, and by paygrade.
