Includes results on five leading indicator topics from the 2014 Status of Forces Survey of Reserve Component Members: retention, satisfaction, tempo, stress, and readiness. The 2014 SOFS-R results are presented for each question by 60 demographic subgroups. Trend comparisons are made for Reserve component members overall, by component, paygrade, and deployment status.
