Includes results on five leading indicator topics from the 2013 Status of Forces Survey of Active Duty Members: retention, satisfaction, tempo, stress, and readiness. 2013 results are presented for each question for an additional 34 demographic subgroups, and trend comparisons are made for Service members overall, by Service, paygrade, and deployment status.
