This briefing includes results from the 2008 SOFS-C for the 40 Office of Personnel Management (OPM)-mandated items. Topics include (1) personal work experiences, (2) recruitment, development, and retention, (3) performance culture, (4) leadership, and (5) job satisfaction. Results indicate that satisfaction with job overall (79%) and pay (67%) significantly increased from approximately a year ago.
