This report describes sampling and weighting methodologies for the 2012 QuickCompass of DoD Civilian Employees (2012 QCCE). The first section describes the sampling frame, sample design, and selection of the sample. The second section describes weighting and variance estimation. The final section describes the calculation of response, location, and completion rates for the full sample and population subgroups.
