The 2010 QuickCompass of Pre-Mobilization Training was conducted at the request of the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Reserve Affairs. Content items include deployment status, completion of pre-mobilization training, reasons for not completing pre-mobilization training, primary occupation prior to most recent deployment, employment-related problems due to pre-mobilization training, and preferences for timing of pre-mobilization training.
