The purpose of this project was to build a web application that could serve as a guide to help supervisors identify: (a) concerning behaviors, (b) institutional resources to address concerning behaviors, and employee-oriented resources for supervisors to share with their employees. As a prototype, the project focused on policy and resources for supervisors of DoD civilians and was intended as an informational resource to supplement guidance from human resources and other professionals. The core content of the app addresses 18 behaviors of concern that supervisors may observe and that should be addressed, such as conflicts with coworkers, violent behaviors or threats, abrupt changes in appearance or behavior.
