PERSEREC was tasked with creating and testing a prototype eInterview mobile application that could be used to help expedite the background investigation process. The PERSEREC project team worked closely with stakeholders from multiple Federal agencies to develop a question set and a mobile application to automate the collection of delinquent debt information. This report details the development of the prototype eInterview mobile app, the stakeholder test process, results of the user testing, and recommendations for next steps based on those findings.
