The following report provides an overview of the results and trends of the 2019 Workplace and Gender
Relations Survey of Reserve Component Members (2019 WGRR). The survey provides key
insights as to the estimated prevalence and characteristics of sexual assault, sexual harassment,
and gender discrimination in the Reserve component, Service member attitudes and beliefs vis-à-vis
these issues, and perceptions of unit climate. This document helps us understand the trends over time in these areas.
