SAPR personnel showed confidence in assisting both female and male victims, clarity on SAPR policies and procedures, and low levels of burnout, vicarious trauma, and compassion fatigue. Areas for improvement include engagement with legal personnel, training on the court-martial process, and use of resources and tools.
