This report describes the statistical methodologies for the Reserve component participants in the 2022 Armed Forces Workplace and Equal Opportunity Survey (2022 WEO). The survey fielded from September 21, 2022 to January 3, 2023, and was administered to both Active and Reserve component members simultaneously, but these populations were sampled and weighted separately. This report describes the sample design and selection, the weighting and variance estimation, the calculation of contact, cooperation, and response rates for the full sample and population subgroups, and nonresponse bias for the Reserve component specifically.
