This report documents the scale development process and properties for the 2010 Workplace and Gender Relations Survey of Active Duty Members (WGRA 2010). This report describes advances from previous surveys and presents results on scale development
as obtained from respondents to this survey. The body of the report is comprised of a description of each scale, including individual items, background information, and psychometric analyses. Statistics are reported for men and women combined and by gender.
